Papworth fume cupboards are of double skin all metal construction and can be variable or constant air volume design. Contact materials used in finishing the inner chamber are selected to give the best corrosion resistance and physical durability.

The heavy duty work base provides a strong platform for activities carried out within the fume cupboard and contains spilled liquids within the boundary of the raised dishing detail. Other features can include sash lock, airflow monitor, internal chamber water wash down facility and PVC extract takeoff connector.

Fume cupboards are generally supplied to the site having been factory pre-plumbed, pre-wired and fully assembled and comply with the performance criteria as defined within BS7258:1994.

SIZES: 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2500mm or 3000mm wide.

DESIGN: Bench mounted, Distillation or Walk-in.

INNER CHAMBER: Solid grade laminate, polypropylene or PVC, glass, epoxy or 316 stainless steel.

WORK BASE: Solid grade laminate, polypropylene or PVC, ceramic, case epoxy or 316 stainless steel.
