CARCASE 476mm deep
Standard finish beech woodgrain MFC or light grey 18mm
MFMDF including shelves and removable back, all exposed
edges are protected by a 2mm matching PVC edge.

DOORS & DRAWER FRONTS
Laminated chipboard 17mm, available in a range of colours
from the Formica Fundamentals range. All edges protected by
a 2mm PVC edges in Light Grey or Beech woodgrain.

PLINTHS constructed from MRMDF 18mm finished in black,
available in continuous lengths or individual boxes to suit the
situation. All underbench units are supplied with 4 heavy duty
adjustable feet in suitable height and are adjustable through
base of carcase.

DRAWER Sides 120mm-epoxy powder coated mild steel white finish,with soft nylon roller guides. Bottom and back 15mm white MFC lipped on exposed edges with 1mm PVC.

HANDLES Solid Plastic ‘D’ pulls 15mm diameter, 96mm centres with finger space of 81 x 24mm, available in a choice of colours. Alternative handles are available to customer’s preference.

HINGES 270° opening exposed knuckle fully adjustable on
site, tested to withstand 45kg loading (see page 4).

LOCKS available on request, fitted to cupboards and top drawer only, we can also provide a heavy duty locking system as featured on our tall cupboards (see page 5) if so desired.
